The study found that Phuket in Thailand is the most attractive place in the world for digital nomads with a total score of 290/320. The island’s low average cost of living of € 950 per month means digital nomads have plenty of money in store to enjoy the region’s 251 relaxing experiences and 750 adventurous activities.

Phuket also had a high safety score with 4/5.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam came second

Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam is the second best place in the world for digital nomads with 274/320.

Its low cost of living of € 830 per month coupled with the heat at 34 ° C and high speed Internet make it a dream destination for digital nomads. The city also had a high pleasure score with 4.5 / 5 and a high 4/5 for workplaces.

Thailand also took third place with Krabi

The third best place in the world for digital nomads is Krabi in Thailand with a score of 272/320.
