As UAE celebrates 50th anniversary, Gulf Craft marks historic moment by bidding farewell to flagship superyacht
Gulf Craft, a leading boat and yacht manufacturer, marked a momentous occasion in the UAE’s 50th anniversary year by officially handing over the Majesty 175, the world’s largest composite production superyacht, to its owner .
Since her unveiling in Dubai in May 2021, the Majesty 175 has captivated the global yachting community with its design, production and operational excellence in the United Arab Emirates. Entirely made in the United Arab Emirates at Gulf Craft’s integrated in-house production facility at Umm Al Quwain, the Majesty 175 has completed a series of sea trials, demonstrating world-class stability and handling on the high seas of the Persian Gulf. .
Now officially handed over to its owner, the world’s largest composite-built superyacht will visit global marinas and exotic destinations, supporting Gulf Craft’s “Made in the UAE” capabilities high on the yacht world map.

About the Majesty 175
The Majesty 175 was manufactured at Gulf Craft’s in-house facilities, using state-of-the-art design and engineering. The company’s in-house team have worked on all aspects of the world’s largest composite-built superyacht, to build it to the exact specifications outlined by the United Kingdom’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) for yachts over 500 gross tonnage (GT).
The exterior and interior design of the Majesty 175 is by award-winning design studio Cristiano Gatto in Italy, while the naval architecture is by Massimo Gregori of Yankee Delta Studio. Its notable features include a gym, 5-meter infinity pool on the foredeck and a hybrid sky-lounge that can be converted into an open terrace. The pool has a swimmer jet system that creates a constant stream of water.
The Majesty 175 is (56.4 meters) long, with a beam of 31.6 feet (9.62 meters) and a gross tonnage of 780. She can navigate effortlessly in shallow draft areas, pulling only 2.05 meters of water because it is constructed using advanced composite materials. like carbon fiber and vinyl ester. This allows for close access to the beach, a key consideration for many lovers of the marine lifestyle.
The smart layout accommodates seven lavish cabins and can accommodate a crew of up to 10 with six large crew cabins and private captain’s accommodation. Power is supplied from Kohler 175 kW generators and two pairs of TRAC fin stabilizers. Safety devices include a Solas lifeboat and an emergency generator. With a top speed of 16.5 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots, the Majesty 175 has a range of 4,000 nautical miles, making her a transoceanic vessel.
