Aldar has worked with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Lavanda to design a new regulatory framework that allows fully flexible short and medium term rentals
Aldar has announced the launch of Cloud Living, which will allow visitors and residents to experience an upscale lifestyle in some of Abu Dhabi’s most desirable destinations, hassle-free and without the need for long-term commitments.
Aldar offers flexible rental options with the convenience of one-time billing, where all short-term leases will include utilities and management fees with no hidden charges. Developed in partnership with UK technology pioneer Lavanda, the pioneering short-term rental website is the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi and offers individuals and families exclusive and flexible stay options in modern homes within integrated communities of Aldar.
Leases offered by Cloud Living allow for stays as short as one night and listings offered range from studios to 3-bedroom apartments, both furnished and unfurnished, in ‘The Bridges’ and ‘ARC Tower’, both located on the island. from Al Reem. After an initial pilot phase, Cloud Living has already been rated as a “super host” on Airbnb for its properties available at The Bridges.
